HaidKaki is a product of NextProdigy Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202601002678), a company incorporated in Malaysia, with its registered office at D-01-01, Menara Mitraland, No 13A, Jalan PJU 5/1, Kota Damansara, 47810, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. “HaidKaki”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NextProdigy Sdn. Bhd.
By creating a HaidKaki account, joining the waiting list, or otherwise using the HaidKaki app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use HaidKaki.
HaidKaki is a menstrual cycle tracking application that also applies fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) parameters, according to the user’s selected madhhab, to the cycle data the user logs. HaidKaki provides guidance for tracking and educational purposes only.
HaidKaki is not a fatwa service and does not replace a qualified scholar. Where a ruling touches your specific situation, consult one. HaidKaki is also not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare provider.
You must be at least 13 years old to create your own HaidKaki account. If you are under 13, a parent or legal guardian may set up and manage an account on your behalf (“Parent-Initiated Setup”); the parent or guardian remains responsible for billing and account recovery for that account.
By using HaidKaki, you confirm that the information you provide (including your date of birth) is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
HaidKaki offers a free tier and may offer paid subscription tiers with additional features. Where paid tiers are offered, their price, billing frequency, and included features will be shown to you before you subscribe. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
You agree not to misuse HaidKaki — including not attempting to access another person’s account without authorisation, not reverse-engineering the app, and not using HaidKaki for any unlawful purpose.
HaidKaki, its logo, and its content are owned by NextProdigy Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
HaidKaki is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NextProdigy Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HaidKaki, including any religious, medical, or health-related decision made in reliance on the app.
You may stop using HaidKaki and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to HaidKaki for anyone who breaches these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
